OUR QUEST
We at House of Brilliance believe in people and that the future entails wellbeing at work in result-oriented businesses. That’s why in 2021, we packed our brains, hearts, and rolled-up our sleeves to start our quest of making it easy to work with the positive synergy between relations and results.
People that feel well perform well – that's our core belief. We want to enable people to feel well and use the positive energy to create high-performing organizations. In doing so, we hope to contribute to a healthier and more caring climate on a greater societal scale!

How do we do it?
Your internal catalysts are our knowledge partners. Together we understand what works well and what needs improving, so as to support your people. Together we build new competencies into your organizational DNA, endurably over time.
We build our approach focused on positive psychological drivers rather than organizational theory. Strong relations between House of Brilliance, researchers and universities keep us updated about new insights into behavioral management, organizational learning, and change management theory. We study science, adapt and improve the ROM concept, so you don’t have to.
Our network of external catalysts support in the on boarding process and over time to maximize the benefits from ROM. They are not left alone either! In our regular sessions and online groups, we keep external catalysts updated and support them in their challenges. Often together with the internal catalysts.
How is a micro-learning platform, behavior psychologists and comedians connected to House of Brilliance? Well, we utilize both digital platforms and people experts in their fields to help us develop the ROM concept, making it easy to use and understand.

What value do we create?
We ensure a mandate for every team in the organization to lead their needed development and change, in the line with organizational strategies.
The value we create is increased development and change capacity throughout the organization. In turn shortening lead time through change thereby creating a competitive factor. Enabling people to lead themselves through change, also creates a healthier and more attractive workplace.
What do we deliver?
We deliver the competency to run a structured meeting format in every team, throughout the whole organization. (And no, it is not yet another meeting, it will bring down the need for other meetings).
Relations- and results-oriented meetings, in short ROM, is a meeting where the team continuously analyze, create and prioritize actions connected to well-being and performance. The team leader is not part of the meeting but comes in for a report and coaching session at the end of each meeting.
Operative teams and leadership teams, quickly get up and running utilizing the value connected to the synergy between well-being people and good results, through continuous change.

An individual digital training package oriented around the 3 roles, employee, leader or catalyst (ROM meeting facilitator).
